Our grant approval process is in accordance with the guidelines of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as well as internal ISTA policies. In order for your institution to receive funding you must complete this 4 step process:

*Grant Requests must be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the scheduled start of your activity or event.
The ISTA Pharmaceuticals Grant Committee reviews completed submissions on a monthly schedule. Review times will vary based on the nature of the grant request, a written communication will be sent by the committee to the grant requestor one week after the final decision.
